Silver Beams b.jpg

Upon the dusk, when shadows claim their right,

A blanket of stars, in quiet array,

Beneath the heavens' grand, ethereal view,

Their whispers stir the soul, in night's ballet,

In each glimmer, ancient stories lay,

With every twinkle, time's secrets sway.

As twilight's curtain gently falls in sight,
The cosmos paints its masterwork so wide,
A quilt of light in darkest middle night
Where stars like diamonds in the sky reside,
Their ancient paths, heavenly guides,
In their endless journey, we abide.

Beneath this canopy of cosmic light,
The world below in tranquil slumber lies,
Embraced by night's all-enveloping shroud,
A hush, a breath beneath the starlit skies,
As dreams weave tales where reality defies,
In stardust dreams, a spirit freely flies.

In this realm, where darkness holds its court,

The moon, a pale monarch unto the Earth,

Casting silver beams upon the sea,

A silent witness to the cosmos' birth,

Its light, a guide through night's enigmatic berth,

In its glow, our deepest dreams find mirth.

The breezes hum a tune, so soft, so slight,

Under their watch, sorrows come unwound,

Caressing leaves under the starry sky,

Each star, a jewel in night's velvet crown,

Their ancient glow, a balm to hearts down,

In their presence, worldly fears drown.

Through the dark, a raven takes its flight,

In its path, mysteries are whirled,

Its wings, a silhouette against the sky,

Each beat, a story, through the darkness hurled,

In its eyes, the knowledge of the world,

Under starlit skies, its wings unfurl.

There, in the quiet of the night's enfolding,

Each star, a beacon in the endless space,

Their light, a hymn to the celestial choir,

A serenade to time's relentless pace,

In their glow, our mortal fears erase,

In their infinite dance, grace finds its place.

So let the stars their ancient tales recount,
The universe unfolds its vast, dark night's expanse,
Each star a story, each light a tale,
Where silence speaks, and secrets hide,

In their eternal light, our souls are tied,

Under the stars, in awe, we abide.
